Sunspots Vacation Rentals is looking for business partners to provide onsite property enrollment and services all over the US, Canada and other countries. This is not a job offering and we do not hire employees in these markets. Instead, partners own their own business and share in commissions and other revenue as they oversee customer service, maintenance, housekeeping, owner relations and local office.

Headquartered in Seattle Washington - the Sunspots central office provides seven day a week central reservations, advertising, marketing, training, websites, concierge, after hours assistance, software, accounting, legal and administration. We handle lots of the heavy lifting so you can provide the more important property, guest and owner relations.

Now we are looking for solid stable partners to share in our growth and success. There is no cost to become a partner. In many markets it is not even necessary to have a public office, only a mobil phone and reliable vehicle are required. The work does require a hands-on, take charge personality. The biggest task is enrolling owners in our programs and keeping them happy. This can easily be a full-time career or the work can be combined with another business you may operate such as resort management, real estate sales, construction management, real estate appraisal and inspection or many others.
